Lekcja angielskiego " 7-9 kids"

The recorded lesson is a 9-minute long video for beginners from 7 to 9 years old, which is quite short happened in the City No.1 Best School Warszawa-Ursus ul. Dzieci Warszawy 48.

There were 6 students, who behaved quite well and paid attention to the whole lesson. They were engaged in those various activities, such as jumping and drawing. The teacher started the lesson with a song, which is something I personally prefer. The teacher took great advantage of the song because she combine it with the drawings of the students to help them review the lexis. They were sitting in a half-circle in front of the interactive board sometimes, and they also sat back to their own desks to draw. These are two main ways of processing activities, though they move around the classroom from time to time.

Then, another thing I liked is that the teacher gave different activities to students concerning the varieties of stirring and settling, which means students were occasional actively moving and jumping and sometimes sat quietly. In addition, the teacher used the interactive whiteboard to enable students to play a competitive game on it, which can always motivate students to learn from my perspective, since children love competing with their partners.

The only thing I disliked is that the teacher used Polish, the L1, to express something, such as compliments. In my opinion, if students can understand the language, the teacher should use the target language as much as possible.
